Know someone looking to build? Refer them to us and if they build, we'll give you $500!

Fill in the form below with your details and the name of your referral. If they contact us, we'll match up your referral with them in their first appointment. If they build a new home with TM & VF Lamprey Builders, once their base stage is complete, we'll give you $500 as a thank you and your referral will be given a free upgrade option for their build.

This offer is only available until 31st December 2024, however, your referral has until 30th June 2025 to sign a building contract for you to be eligible.

Terms & Conditions

General Terms & Conditions

The following are general terms and conditions of TM & VF Lamprey Builders Referral Offer:

  • This Offer is valid until 11:59pm 31st December 2024.

  • The referred person must sign a Residential Building Contract to build a new house with TM & VF Lamprey Builders on or before 11:59pm 30th June 2025 for this offer to be valid.

  • The base stage must be completed within 12 months from the date the building contract is signed for this offer to be valid.

  • Provided all other conditions of this offer are satisfied, following completion of the base stage and funds are received, payment will be made to the individual who initially referred the client to us using the above form.

Eligibility

  • Only those who submit the Referral Form (www.lampbuilt.net.au/referral) on or before are eligible for this offer.​

  • You may refer anyone to us other than yourself, except where you refer a person (i.e. partner or spouse) with which you will be building. As an example, if you refer your spouse, but both of your names will be on the Residential Building Contract, you will not be eligible for this offer.

  • Only submissions of this form to TM & VF Lamprey Builders prior to 11:59pm 31st December 2024 are eligible for this offer.

Bonus Offer

  • Provided all other conditions are satisfied (as are stated in 'General Terms and Conditions' above), TM & VF Lamprey Builders will additionally offer the referred person a choice of selected upgrade up to the maximum value of $500.

  • Selected upgrade options are to be determined by TM & VF Lamprey Builders.

Other

  • This offer is available by discretion of TM & VF Lamprey Builders.

  • In order to redeem this offer, all terms and conditions listed here must be complied with.

  • This offer is valid on new home builds only.

  • This offer is valid for new client referrals only (i.e. the referred person has not built with TM & VF Lamprey Builders previously).

  • TM & VF Lamprey Builders will not make any attempt to contact the referred person unless contacted by them first.

  • Data collected from this form (i.e. your name and email address) will only be used for the purpose of this referral offer. TM & VF Lamprey Builders will not contact you for any purpose other than this referral offer. More information about how your data is processed can be found in our Privacy Policy here.

  • Payment can be made in Cash or via EFT, to be arranged following completion of the 'Base stage' as per the Residential Building Contract.

  • You may withdraw your submission and referral at any time. This can be done by contacting TM & VF Lamprey Builders through either the Contact Form found at www.lampbuilt.net.au/contact or via email (admin@lampbuilt.net.au).

  • The following conditions MUST be met as a minimum to be eligible for this offer:

    • The 'Referrer' must fill out the Referral Form by 11:59pm 31st December 2024​.

    • The 'Referred Person' must confirm the referral to TM & VF Lamprey Builders, either verbally or in writing.

    • The 'Referred Person' must sign a Residential Building Contract with TM & VF Lamprey Builders on or before 31st March 2025

    • AND have the 'Base stage' (as per Building Contract) completed by TM & VF Lamprey Builders within 12 months from the date of contract signing (unless where extraordinary circumstances prevent this).

  • Other conditions may apply, where reasonable, however minimum eligibility requirements must be met.
