Surprisingly large for its footprint, this home was thoughtfully drafted to accommodate a family on a budget, but would comfortably suit a variety of potential clients.​

This house was designed with a modern colour palette, incorporating an on-trend monochromatic external colour scheme (featuring grey render and dark roof tiles, both a first for us). Inside, warm vinyl planking is offset against the darker kitchen cabinetry and sleek grey bathrooms. Colour selections were made by Tammy and the Owners, in collaboration with our expert suppliers and subcontractors.
